CHICO'S GREEN CHILI RECIPE
Green Chili - Versatile and flavorful — make green chili and add authentic Chico's Seasoning to ALL your favorite dishes (see recipe).
Huevos Rancheros - add Chico's Green Chili over a corn tortilla, a side of beans and top with eggs (see recipe). 
Smothered Burrito - roll your choice of meat and beans in a flour tortilla and smother with Chico's Green or Red Chili, add cheese and top with lettuce, tomatoes and onion. OPTIONAL: Sour cream or avocado. (see recipe)

Enchiladas Rancheros - stack up corn tortillas with a meat of your choice and beans between and smother with Chico's Green or Red Chili, top with eggs.
Enchilada Casserole - stack a layer of corn tortillas on a baking dish, add beans and another layer of corn tortillas; add a meat of your choice then another layer of corn tortillas and smother with Chico's Green or Red Chili, top with cheese and bake (see recipe).
Salsa - add 1/2 teaspoon of Chico's Seasoning to your Salsa
Pico de Gallo - add 1/2 teaspoon of Chico's Seasoning to your Pico de Gallo

Tomatillo Salsa - add 1/2 teaspoon of Chico's Seasoning to your Tomatillo Salsa
Guacamole - add 1/2 teaspoon of Chico's Seasoning to your Guacamole


Jalapeno Cheese Dip - add 1/2 teaspoon of Chico's Seasoning and chopped jalapeno to your Cheese Dip

Green Chili Baked Potato - add Chico's green chili and cheese to a baked potato for a delicious meal. Top with bacon bits, onion, sour cream and/or Guacamole.

Red Chili - red chili and spices included in a jar. Make with or without meat, great on Frito's or chips (see recipe)
CHILI BEANS - Everyone makes their chili beans different so add anything you want. Use pinto beans or black beans, ground beef, onion, garlic and chopped bell peppers. Make it yours and just add Chico's Red Chili Mix and you will be amazed. Great to smother on those hot dogs and perfect for potluck or parties. (see recipe)
